Fish Names

If you catch a fish over 25lb you can name it, provided it doesn't already have one. Just send us a photo of each side of the fish, along with its weight and the Name you wish to call it.

Chain on Gate for Car Park 1

The chain is now in use around the gate in car park 1. It has a very simple carabena clip on it. Please put it back around once you leave as there are sheep in the field, and it has been left open more than once, resulting in us spending hours getting sheep back from fields a few miles away. Thank you.

Shelf Life Boilies Banned

I have decided to ban ALL shelf life boilies, Please make sure you only bring good quality freezer baits in future. Thank you. This is in the sole purpose of fish welfare long term.

Car Park 2 side path is waterlogged again

All the swims were re-stoned and the path on Car park 1 side finished before the rain came, but unfortunately we have had to postpone works on the path in the field from Carp park 2 as its waterlogged again. Please either use car park 1 and go around the long way, or bring wellies. We will get it finished as soon as it all dries out. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Baitworks Boilies now available

I have managed to secure a supply of the Baitworks Atlantic Heat, and Monster Red boilies, which is very exciting as they don't suppy many trade accounts. This means we now have 4 exceptional HNV baits on offer to you, all freshly made and frozen.

Blakemere is home to over 200 stunning English fish.
